east to near Knolls. This includes I-80 from the Utah/Nevada
stateline to near milepost 40.

* WHERE...Great Salt Lake Desert and Mountains.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Wednesday to 3 AM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles and vehicles with trai
